Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission finds 600+ illegal hemp retailers

In just the first two and a half months of 2026, the TABC canvassed more than 4,400 stores across the state. Out of those, more than 650 hemp-derived cannabinoid product retailers were found in violation of state law.
