Tennessee congressman urges Gov. Lee to opt into Summer EBT program before deadline

Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) has written a letter to Gov. Bill Lee in a last-ditch effort to convince him to opt into a federally-funded food assistance program for the summer ahead of the Jan. 1 deadline.
