'The Constitution applies to everyone': Immigration lawyer condemns recent border patrol arrests in West Valley City

On Friday, Jan. 30, U.S. Border Patrol reportedly detained two individuals in West Valley City after entering a business without a judicial warrant. The lawyer for one of those individuals spoke on why the arrests have been so controversial and why they may be unconstitutional.
