The Year of the Fire Horse and Albany concourse celebration

The Year of the Fire Horse happens only once every 60 years from a combination of one of the 12 zodiac signs and five elements. To celebrate, New York State Office of General Services will host the fifth annual Lunar New Year celebration at the Empire State Plaza's concourse.
