Thousands without power in Franklin County Sunday night

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Nearly 7,000 people are without power in the Chambersburg area Sunday evening. West Penn Power reported the outages west and north of the borough in Greene and Hamilton townships. In Hamilton Township, 3,320 customers, or 66% of power customers there, are out.
