FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- The National Weather Service has cancelled a tornado warning initially issued for central Franklin County. The warning was set to expire at 8:45 p.m. and was issued for a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado over Fannettsburg. The warning was cancelled at 8:30 p.m.
