(WHTM) -- A Tornado Warning for Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties has expired. The NWS said a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Duncannon moving east at 45mph. The tornado warning expired at 6:30 p.m. A tornado watch remains in effect for much of the Midstate.
