Troopers searching for Altoona bank fraud suspects who also defrauded Boscov's: PSP

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- State police are attempting to identify suspects after a woman fraudulently withdrew $6,000 from an Altoona bank before heading to Boscov's.
