Troy man, 2 others added to Rensselaer Co. Animal Abuse Registry

In January, three Rensselaer County residents pleaded guilty to animal abuse charges. Those residents, including 25-year-old Nigel Blakes-Sanni, who reportedly abandoned a french bulldog, have been added to the county's animal abuse registry.
