Truck hauling dog food slams into building near Route 3 ramp in Clifton

Clifton, NJ — A tractor-trailer hauling dog food crashed into a commercial building in Clifton early Monday, causing significant structural damage and triggering a large emergency response, authorities said.

The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Monday, at the intersection of Ward Street and Kensington Avenue, just off a Route 3 ramp, where the truck veered off and slammed into the Toptown Limo Ride business.
