Two Pennsylvania residents pleaded guilty in federal court for fentanyl, meth possession

(WTAJ) -- Two Reading, Pennsylvania residents pleaded guilty in federal court to charges violating federal narcotic laws, according to First Assistant United States Attorney Troy Rivetti.
