Two sisters arrested for allegedly killing mother, elder abuse of father in University City

Two sisters in their 50s were arrested for allegedly murdering their mother and for reported elder abuse of their father, after the mother was found dead in her apartment due to positional asphyxia with contributing factors of neglect.
