UHP trooper crashes into stopped car on I-15 off-ramp, driver arrested for DUI

A Utah Highway Patrol trooper crashed into a stopped car on an I-15 off-ramp in Murray early Saturday morning, according to the Utah Dept. of Public Safety. The driver of the stopped car was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
