Gunfire from outside home kills man sitting on couch in McKeesport unsolved case

McKeesport, PA — A man sitting inside his home was struck and killed by gunfire fired from outside, as investigators continue searching for those responsible in a case that remains unsolved more than a year later.

The shooting occurred on March 29 at approximately 9:59 p.m. at a residence on Abraham Street, where emergency crews found 37-year-old Kurtis Shaw with multiple gunshot wounds inside the home. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died.
