Upstate Card Con to return to the Capital Region

The Upstate Card Con is returning to Colonie Center for its third go around. The Capital Region's largest free card and collectible show will take place on April 11, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and April 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
