US military intercepts vessel 'hunted' from Caribbean to Indian Ocean

The U.S. military intercepted an oil tanker it said was operating in defiance of President Trump’s quarantine of sanctioned vessels in the Indian Ocean overnight Monday after it tracked the vessel from the Caribbean.
