Utah coalition Restoring Ancestral Winds mismanaged grant money, DOJ says

Utah nonprofit Restoring Ancestral Winds (RAW) used federal grant money meant to help protect Native women from domestic violence and sexual assault. The Department of Justice (DOJ) said the funds were mismanaged.
