Utah files to throw out DOJ lawsuit seeking private voter information

Utah Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) seeking to give the federal government access to private voter records from Utah.
