Utah GOP chair 'very confident' signature thresholds met to put Prop 4 repeal on Nov. ballot

As the 5:00 p.m. deadline passed on Feb 15, the chair of Utah's Republican Party says he's "very confident" that the effort to repeal Proposition 4 has enough signatures in enough Senate districts to be on November's ballot.
