Utah leaders speak following Governor Cox's State of the State address

On Thursday evening, Governor Spencer Cox gave his State of the State address, in which he discussed some of the key issues that Utah is facing. Other Utah officials, including leaders of the minority caucus, spoke on the priorities they are focusing on.
