Utah Republican lawmakers prepare Constitutional amendment over power of initiatives

Utah's Republican lawmakers are in the process of preparing a constitutional amendment to reverse a 2024 Supreme Court ruling that altered the role of citizen-led ballot initiatives in Utah.
