Utah State Bar says courts need lower court resources, not Supreme Court expansion

As GOP lawmakers say they'll look to expand the Utah Supreme Court, the Utah Bar, which regulates over 12,000 lawyers and court professionals, says that Utah's courts need more resources for lower courts, rather than expansion of the Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court.
