Very cold tonight, a break from the arctic air by midweek

An arctic airmass moved in last night and will park itself over Central PA today. This morning, the skies have cleared, and temperatures have plummeted into the low teens with wind chills below zero and in the lower single digits. There isn't much of a breeze, but it doesn't take much of one to add chill when it's already this cold. Today will feature mostly sunny skies with a few passing clouds at times. It will remain frigid and breezy this afternoon with highs only getting to 20°. Tonight will be mostly clear and bitterly cold again with lows around 10°.
