Video released in search of Spring Valley suspect who shot into crowd

Authorities in San Diego are searching for a suspect who fired a handgun into a crowd at a Spring Valley apartment complex, injuring two minors. Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
