INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Villages of Indiana will host its annual Diaper Day on March 12 with a goal of collecting more than 35,000 diapers for families in need. The statewide drive supports families involved in foster care, the Healthy Families program and young adults who have aged out of the foster system.
The organization is one of Indiana’s largest nonprofit agencies dedicated to child and family services, serving approximately 11,000 individuals each year.
It provides foster care licensing, adoption services and support for kinship caregivers and serves as the umbrella agency for Prevent Child Abuse Indiana.
