Virginia Beach man charged with murder after fatal shooting on Chancery Square

Virginia Beach, VA – A Virginia Beach man has been arrested and charged with murder following a daytime shooting that left a 41-year-old man dead in a residential area, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.

Juan Armstrong, 46, of Virginia Beach, was taken into custody shortly after the April 8 shooting in the 600 block of Chancery Square. He is charged with second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a violent convicted felon. The vi...
