Volunteers prepare displays for Flags of Valor tribute

As the nation approaches the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks this September, volunteers in St. Louis are dedicating their weekend to assembling more than 7,500 flags for the powerful Flags of Valor tribute display.
