'Way too many unknowns': Residents displaced by Midvale apartment fire have questions after being asked to sign agreement

Almost a week after a devastating fire at North Union apartments displaced residents, management is getting in touch with residents, and they're being asked to sign a legal document in order to get their deposits back.
