Waynesboro, Washington Twp. holding PEMA resource center event for residents affected by flooding

WAYNESBORO, Pa. (WTHM) -- Following significant rainfall on July 28 that brought between 3.5 and 4 inches in a 45-minute time period, the Borough of Waynesboro and Washington Township are holding a day-long Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) event for people impacted by the flooding.
