Webster Groves employees misused city credit cards on strip clubs, cannabis and Airbnb, audit says

Two former employees for the City of Webster Groves misused city-issued credit cards for purchases at strips clubs, cannabis stores and an Airbnb rental, according to a newly-released Missouri state audit.
