Widow of man killed at 'No Kings' rally files lawsuit, says organizers were unprepared

The widow of a man shot and killed at a "No Kings" rally in Salt Lake City last June has filed a lawsuit against Salt Lake City, claiming local officials failed to properly prepare for the protest.
