Wild horse and burro 'blitz' starts July 23 with 3 BLM adoption events, online corral

A nationwide "blitz" to place wild horses and burros in new homes begins next week with events in New Mexico, Tennessee and Wyoming. A national "online corral" adoption event will allow people to initiate the process.
