Winter storm NYC: Mamdani to to decide on snow day learning mode

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has announced that a decision on whether to have in-person or virtual learning will be made by noon on Sunday, while the Department of Sanitation worker joked that students should save their snowballs for the mayor.
