Expect 1 to 3 inches overnight downtown, with roads turning snow covered and visibility dropping in heavier bursts. Salt and chemical treatments are less effective in this level of cold, so plan on slower travel and longer stopping distances. Winter Storm Warning continues into Monday morning.
