Zembo Shrine Circus returns to Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- It's time for the 78th Annual Zembo Shrine Circus. The longtime event takes place at the Zembo Shrine Auditorium, 2801 North 3rd Street, Harrisburg.
