MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Two people are dead, and one person was left injured after three shootings in three days, according to the Mobile Police Department.
All of those shootings happened at gated apartment complexes within a 1.5-mile radius. A fourth shooting happened outside a convenience store, not near the other three shootings.
“Over the past several days our officers have responded to several incidents involving gun violence in Mobile. Three shootings have occurred at apartment complexes, while a fourth shooting took place outside of a convenience store," said Mobile's Interim Chief of Police William Jackson.
"While several incidents were domestic-related, any violence that occurs in our city will not be tolerated. If found taking part in any of these senseless acts, those involved will be held accountable for their actions."
