ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- Four people were displaced Wednesday morning after a fire broke out at Southwest Oaks Apartments in the 4600 block of Oakwood, according to the City.
Odessa Fire Rescue responded to the scene and said the fire started in the kitchen of one of the units, however, the cause of the fire is still under investigation. No injuries were reported.
