SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- Utah wildlife officials are urging campers to clean up after themselves after another black bear was euthanized this week for repeatedly returning to campsites.

The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources said the bear was put down on Aug. 5 after officials believed it became habituated to look for food at the Soapstone Campground in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest.

“Its stomach was filled with trash and food,” said Mark Hadley, the northern region outreach manager for the DWR.
