Arkansas SNAP user says his card was scammed just hours after money hit his account

This holiday season, David Geralds said it's a Christmas miracle if he can afford his groceries for the month. On Monday, he said he woke up to multiple charges on his EBT card through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
