Arkansas State Police identify the victim in deadly Jefferson County hit-and-run

PINE BLUFF, Ark. – Officials with the Arkansas State Police have identified the victim in a deadly accident last week.  

Police said that 19-year-old Kalei Owen of Bentonville died after being struck on I-530 near exit 27 shortly after 10 p.m. on Wednesday.

ASP officials said the suspect’s vehicle is believed to be a red Honda that will likely have damage to the front passenger side and missing a fog light. State troopers said the model of the car is unknown.
