The heavy rain will end in Central Arkansas around 9 AM, but will continue to around Noon in North and Northeast Arkansas. The clouds will remain and spotty showers will be possible through the afternoon with temperatures staying around ten degrees below average today.
The Flood Watch remains in effect until 7 PM in North Arkansas, but it has been dropped in Central Arkansas.
