There were scattered light rain showers overnight, and occasionally there were some locally brief downpours. The rain showers are here this morning and may be this afternoon, but the chance of rain is higher this morning than the afternoon.
The rain chance will decrease tonight and the next couple of days before a stronger disturbance arrives Friday and there will be nearly widespread rain.
