ATM thieves allegedly distracted elderly victims in San Diego County

Two Los Angeles men, Sergio Romero and Franklin Florez, pleaded not guilty to multiple felony charges involving an ATM debit card swap scheme that allegedly resulted in approximately $120,000 in losses across several California counties.
