Day of Remembrance held for victims of opioid overdose

International Opioid Overdose Awareness Day is coming up at the end of this month, and medical professionals, doctors and the community are assembling around Bakersfield to acknowledge the progress that's been made, but also look ahead to the work that still needs to be done.
