Attorney General Tim Griffin certifies law making THC-hemp products illegal in Arkansas

Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin certified Act 934 of 2025, officially banning the sale of THC-based hemp products in the state, due to concerns that the products' packaging made them attractive to children.
