Honoring first Airman to receive Medal of Honor since Vietnam War at Mt. Soledad

A new plaque honoring Air Force Medal of Honor recipient John Chapman has been unveiled on the Mount Soledad National Veterans Memorial, 24 years after his heroic sacrifice in combat.
