Attorneys work to free immigrants from Louisiana detention

The ACLU of Louisiana is using the centuries-old law of Habeas Corpus to challenge the detention of immigrants in Louisiana, which has the second-highest number of incarcerated immigrants in the country, and is working to liberate those who have been wrongfully detained.
