Boutique benefitting adoptable pets reopens in Lancaster County

GREENLAND, Pa. (WHTM) -- A Lancaster County thrift store that helps adoptable pets has reopened. Humane Pennsylvania's Thrifty Kitty thrift boutique is now located within its adoption center building in East Lampeter Township. Storms last summer damaged its former building.
