Back to School Expo with the RGV Vipers

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Rio Grande Valley Vipers will be holding their annual Back To School Expo.

Presented by Driscoll Health the expo will provide school supplies, vaccinations, haircuts, sports physicals, and more.
