MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Baldwin County students are getting ready to return on Aug. 8 for the first day of the 2024-25 school year, and they will face some changes when they arrive.

Eddie Tyler, the superintendent at Baldwin County Public Schools, came to talk to News 5's Shamonee Baker and Chad Petri on the red couch to discuss what's different this year.

Tyler said some of the changes were decided on because "we felt like that, you know, people are still struggling, you know, economically."
